Job Opportunity: Admin Financial Specialist, Independent Study

Reports to the Program Manager for Independent Study in Idaho (ISI) and provides high-level support for ensuring the fiscal integrity of ISI budgets; reviewing and processing fiscal requests; coordinating proper disbursement of funds; collecting and interpreting a variety of data for reports; determining proper compliance with established policies and taking appropriate corrective actions; serving as liaison to internal and external entities; arranging travel and meetings; fulfilling personnel action requirements; monitoring, reconciling and maintaining records, correspondence, and files; initiating routine correspondence; greeting visitors and answering phone calls; assisting in daily operations of the office; supervise temporary staff; and performing related tasks.
