HOIST program
Helping Orient Indian Student and Teachers (HOIST) is a highly innovative summer program that assists ambitious Native American students with an interest in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and related fields. The program is designed to encourage pursuit of a post-secondary degree.

The Native American Peer Mentor Program is intended to help Native American undergraduate students make a successful academic and social transition to life at the University of Idaho and the Moscow community.

All Nations AMP
The All Nations Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Program
Students with strong interpersonal skills, who are enrolled in a STEM discipline, seeking or involved in research activities with a mentor, and have a 3.0 GPA or greater are eligible for consideration into the ANLSAMP Scholar Program. AMP Scholars are eligible to receive a stipend and have an opportunity to participate in funded residential/pre-college academic programs and STEM related conferences, including ANLSAMP conference.
