Director: Rand C. Lewis, PhD.

- Rand
holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Idaho (1990)
with an emphasis in Modern Europe. He retired from the U.S.
military in 1996, having served as an electronics specialist,
Engineer Officer, and Foreign Area Officer for over twenty-eight
years. His work included defense cooperation programs, counter
and anti-terrorism, and technology transfer policy. From
July 2000 to October 2001, Rand was the director of the
Martin Institute and Martin School of International Affairs
at the University of Idaho.

David Camden-Britton
- David
is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer
Science from the University of Idaho. His areas of interest
include web design, software engineering, and photography.
He is active in the community as a web designer and as the
staff photographer for the Kenworthy Performing Arts Center.
