  • Pursue veterans, displaced breadwinners “capture the moment” by serving the nation, state, citizens
  • No/low cost staff and faculty benefits
  • Got to start traveling to faculty/staff/professional conferences – get, give, share, gain –information makes us better, smarter, happier more innovative
  • Recruiting in southern states
  • Reconnect with international alumni – have them help recruit & fundraise
  • Use UI web page (and other advertising options) to encourage ROTC students of color to list UI as the university they want to attend
  • Bring them here to participate in classes, seminars, etc

  • Examine English language requirement for international undergraduate admission
