• Expand ASB Program to include multiple disciplines providing experiences and services to sites we visit

• Use university to create programs that engage tribes and tribal colleges – learn from the NA classroom 
• Private funding for interdisciplinary courses 
• Establish a service learning center (attract $) 
• Get rid of using number of students in specific course as a yardstick of success 
• Coordinate sophisticated interdisciplinary grant support research. 
• Where do cross-listed courses fit in? 
• Clearing house for ad hoc enterprises 
• Use current classes with international content to create an international certificate - Courses from different colleges etc 
• Invite speakers from different colleges to our dept colloquia, to see areas of common need & opportunity 
• Break down administrative “pipes” that are based on funding, space, culture, cross-unit training and program development
