• More grad assistant/teaching assistant support – i.e. UI Boise COE has zero. 
• Tenure and promotion requirements 
• Incentive programs 
• College wide capstone projects – undergraduates 
• More/better professional development opportunities for staff & faculty 
• Put a classroom out on reservations – tribal community 
• Utilize urban laboratory in Boise - urban curriculum 
• Focus service learning on selected communities over bigger periods of time including all colleges in interdisciplinary projects 
• Activities tied to state priorities 
• Foster interaction w/Idaho businesses, community groups 
• Training on compliance for staff 
• Ask Idaho industry “what can we do for you” – engage through a focus on their priorities 
• Bring social content into curriculum 
• Research expo – undergrad & grad run at university level with stakeholder audience
