  • Broaden searches for faculty
  • Recruit through JEMS/STEM
  • Encourage more Native American involvement – scholarships, social support on campus, recruit role models
  • Do better at mirroring in our administration and faculty the diversity and multiculturalism we want in our student body
  • New staff orientation – specifically in this area, 2nd month or 3rd month on job with semi-annual tracking
