Adult Basic Ed/GED Instructor - Academic Certificate
A graduate of the ABE/GED Certificate Program will be able to inspire and nurture adult students in their programs to set realistic goals, and develop a plan for the successful completion of their program
A graduate of the ABE/GED Certificate Program will be able to recognize unethical or discriminatory attitudes and behavior in themselves and among other in their workplaces and communities and be predisposed to challenge and change them in a positive manner.
Completers of the ABE/GED Certificate Program will be able to apply in-depth content knowledge about standards, practices, theories, and models of adult learning and adult development.
Completers of the ABE/GED Certificate Program will be able to adapt and reconstruct content knowledge and empirical information to fit their unique personal and professional life situations
Completers of the ABE/GED Certificate Program will be able to speak intelligently, give presentations, conduct meetings and workshops in a way that recognizes and respects all people
