First Cohort of University of Idaho Leadership Academy
The University of Idaho’s new Leadership Academy welcomed its first cohort in October 2009. The academy’s mission is to foster leadership from within the institution by engaging a cohort of current faculty and staff in a yearlong leadership experience. Following a competitive nomination and application process, 10 staff and faculty members from the University’s statewide community were invited to participate in the program.
