Kristina Running is a recent addition to the law school faculty and teaches first-year Legal Research and Writing. Ms. Running is a graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law. During her law study she served as Executive Editor of the Idaho Law Review and President of the International Law Students Association. She also received the Service with Distinction Pro Bono Award for her work with the Cambodian Ministry of Women's Affairs in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Ms. Running came to the University of Idaho from the College of Idaho, where she received her baccalaureate degree summa cum laude in Business/International Political Economy and History.
Ms. Running is a member of both the Idaho and Montana bar associations, and practiced with the Boise law firm of Elam & Burke in the areas of workers' compensation, insurance defense, and general civil litigation. Ms. Running also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Roger Burdick of the Idaho Supreme Court.
