Abigail Aikens Patthoff comes to the University of Idaho College of Law from the Northern District of West Virginia, where she most recently clerked for United States District Judge Frederick P. Stamp, Jr.
Ms. Patthoff received her J.D. from West Virginia University, where she graduated Order of the Coif. She served as an Executive Notes Editor on the West Virginia Law Review and received academic awards for excellence in education law, federal courts, and property. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Patthoff received her B.A. from West Virginia University, where she earned a degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing. She graduated summa cum laude and was selected the Outstanding English Senior by the English department faculty.
Ms. Patthoff is a member of the West Virginia bar.
