On-campus interviews (OCIs) occur on the campuses of most law schools in the fall semester. Legal employers who know they will be hiring summer associates for the following summer comprise most of the participants in the OCI program. Most OCI recruiting in Idaho is geared toward second-year students, although there are some firms who will interview third-year students while they are on-campus in anticipation of possible future associate positions. Occasionally, a firm may be able to predict their hiring needs for associates six to nine months in the future will interview third-year students for a true position. During the spring semester a few legal employers, will schedule on-campus interviews.
Idaho students can access the On-Campus Interview Schedule through their Symplicity accounts.
