It takes the support of more than 500 volunteers to make the Jazz Festival a success each year. Volunteers like you make it happen! We invite people of all ages and abilities to join the fun and play an important role in the festival.
If you are interested in having fun, developing great leadership skills, and hearing great jazz, then joining our volunteer team is for you.

Volunteer Opportunities include:
Site Manager & Site Volunteer: Manages the student performances, clinics and workshops. Our Adopt-A-Site program allows your group or organization to manage a site for an entire day of festival. Adopt-A-Site groups receive extra benefits.
Special Teams: Handles deliveries to all on- and off-campus sites.
Volunteer Headquarters: Assists in checking in volunteers and providing general information.
Information Team: Provides information and hospitality to all visitors.
Drive Team: Drives artists and Performance Evaluation Clinicians to and from their performances. Drivers include our Jazz in the Schools Ambassadors who take artists to performances in our local schools.
Pre-festival: Assists in the Jazz Festival office before festival week. This position includes poster distribution and office mailings.
