Rates and Reservations
Reservations, Changes or Cancellations
· All reservations, changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
· Reservation requests must be submitted online. See XXXX. Faculty and staff are given priority for regularly Registrar-scheduled courses or meetings, and they are processed on a first come, first served basis.
· Additional fees may be accessed for weekend events.
· Change or cancellation requests must be made in writing to videosched@uidaho.edu 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
· Any changes that are received with less than a 48 hour notice will be subject to a late change fee.
· Any cancellation requests with less than a 48 hour notice will be billed a late cancellation fee.
