Description
ITS offers faculty, staff and departments robust, secure and efficient issue tracking solutions, customer support tracking and collaborative project management using the Numara Footprints ticket tracking system. Customer ticket descriptions, types and subtypes can be used to categorize information and extensive ticket history management, time tracking and expensive integration into other Footprints user bases and the UI mail system allows for easy and efficient documentation and communication.
 Eligibility
Footprints tracking solutions are available to faculty, staff and departments at the University fo Idaho.

Description
The University of Idaho offers 18 student computing labs located across campus, consisting of 550 workstations and 26 printers. All labs are open during building hours except the two 24 hour labs located in the Administration building.

The student computing labs offer specialized software such as, Matlab, MathCAD, SPSS, ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite and other software applications to meet academic needs and are available to all students, faculty and staff at the University of Idaho. A U of I user account is required to login to a student computing labs workstation.

The student computing services and labs are available to students, faculty and staff at the University of Idaho.
Cost Students are charged $56 per semester in student fees for computer lab use.

Description
ITS offers the VLab service, which allows students to run university licensed specialty software such as MathCAD, MatLab, ArcGIS, etc on their own personal computer from anywhere with an internet connection.

The program is run on the University server and is interfaced completely through a web client in the Citrix receiver. Read more about VLab.

ITS provides VLab to all currently-enrolled students, faculty and staff at the University of Idaho.

Description
ITS/MIS provides guidance and technical assistance in integrating third-party or custom applications with Banner or other enterprise applications. This guidance will include review of any data security considerations as well as architectural limitations which may be encountered in the proposed interface.

ITS/MIS staff will work with the vendor to understand the interface requirements and develop a solution which is achievable within university guidelines and technical capabilities. The final product will include an interface document which outlines the technical details and business rules on which the interface is based.

ITS/MIS provides technical assistance for the use of Banner, including both Banner INB and VandalWeb. Questions regarding navigation, use of application screens, job execution and report generation are addressed through this service, as is troubleshooting of issues you may be experiencing in the application. This service also covers access to specific application functions as well as setup and configuration.

NOTE: Please contact your departmental Banner Navigational trainer for initial establishment of your Banner account.

ITS/MIS provides administrative support for Banner INB, VandalWeb, Banner Workflow, and Argos Reporting, as well as other enterprise applications. This service covers the management of the underlying Oracle databases and application servers that host Banner. It also covers any issues related to Banner printing. This service also addresses any security-related issues involving Banner or the other enterprise databases.

This service should be contacted if you are unable to access any of the one of the following enterprise applications:

Description
ITS Provides development support for the University's ERP (Banner) and associated enterprise applications. Development available through this service includes, but is not limited to, custom reporting, third-party application interfaces, ad hoc data requests, and custom VandalWeb pages.

Requests will be reviewed and prioritized by business analysts before development work is scheduled. Modifications to baseline Banner are generally not supported, however authorization may be granted in cases where the baseline application is failing or there is a critical business need.

Ecommerce Marketplace

Ecommerce- Marketplace
Description
Institutional Ecommerce's Marketplace application is a shopping-cart equipped application that is PCI compliant and is integrated into Banner. Marketplace stores are available for organizational units to sell products and collect payments for event registrations, subscriptions, and other activities related to the department's scope of activity.

Revenue received through Marketplace is automatically placed in the budget you specify when the transaction is finalized.
 Eligibility
ITS provides Ecommerce marketing support upon request to all current faculty, staff and departments.
Cost There is monthly fee equal to 5% of sales.
Self Service Information Once a store is set up for a department, designated individuals within that department will be able to log in, update or add products, and otherwise manage their store.
