ITS offers account management services such as account creation, deletion, retention and sponsorship as well as account-specific tasks such as password changes and resets, group management and account name changes.
 Eligibility
Account management is offered to all students, faculty, staff and departments at the University of Idaho.
 Cost There is no fee associated with this service.
 Self Service Information Account-specific tasks such as password changes can be done by customers through the account management page.

Guest Accounts

Guest Accounts
Description
Guest accounts can be created for short-term visiting scholars or students, granting limited access to university resources. Guest accounts can access lab computers and wireless internet but are not assigned an @uidaho.edu email address. Groups of guest accounts can be created for large visiting parties.
 Eligibility
Guest accounts are available to students, faculty, staff and departments at the University of Idaho, but must be request by a board-appointed faculty member.
Cost There is no fee associated with this service.

Description
The Vandal Card office produces a variety of cards for individuals indirectly or formerly affiliated with the University, and for community members who would like to utilize certain facilities at the University. These cards include student, faculty, and staff spouse cards, Alumni cards, Student Recreation Center cards, Swim Center cards, and Climbing Wall cards.

Visit the Vandal Card office in room 124 of the Student Union Building (SUB) to get these cards.
 Eligibility
Affiliate cards are available to students, faculty, staff, retirees, visitors, affiliates and community members.
Cost There is no fee associated with this service.

The Vandal Card office produces temporary ID cards for contractors and other individuals who are not permanently affiliated with the University but require cards for identity and access to University facilities.

Temporary cards are subject to sponsorship requirements.

Temporary ID cards are available to departments, visitors, contractors and affiliates.

Vandal Cards are the official ID cards of the University of Idaho. If you are a student, faculty member, or staff at the University of Idaho, visit the Vandal Card office in room 124 of the Student Union Building (SUB) to get your Vandal Card.
