| Recent updates: -Delegate access to calendars has been fixed. The issue related to the Hybrid server environment and with the server's removal delegate access has returns to normal functionality. -the 'reply-all' bug, where reply-all was appending the user's email to the list of recipients has been fixed. -We are in the process of decommissioning the Hybrid server environment. -The initial migration to Office 365 for faculty and staff has been completed successfully. All faculty and staff are now on the Office 365 email system. |

| Post migration quick-hits: -Supported mail clients: Outlook 2007/2010/2013 for Windows; Outlook 2011 for Mac; Mail.app; Android and iOS devices are fully supported. -Online web access: Access your email anywhere from a web browser at https://owa.uidaho.edu. -Email quota: The new email quota for accounts is 25gb. There is no fee for this increased quota, but it is a hard limit - we can not raise your quota higher than 25gb. -Password: Your password for accessing your email remains the same as your NetID password. -Email forwarding: In order to comply with FERPA and other regulations laid out by General Counsel, ITS does not allow email forwarding of @uidaho.edu account except in special cases. |
