Important things to remember during the migration: - Your email address will remain the same.- When prompted to enter your username always use your full email address (ex. jvandal@uidaho.edu). - Your email quota will be increased to 25GB. - Your email password will not change. What to expect after your account is migrated: Outlook users: Upon opening Outlook, you will be greeted with a message that changes have been made to your account and you need to restart Outlook. Click OK and restart Outlook. The program will ask you for your full email address and password - enter both and your mailbox will be reconnected.Please note: Outlook 2003 users will need to upgrade as 2003 is not supported by Office 365. Mail.App users: You will need to remove and re-add your old account profile using full Exchange functionality. View our tutorial for mail.app users. iOS users: You will need to modify the server settings to point to mail.outlook.com. View our tutorial for iOS users. Android users: You will need to completely remove and re-add your corporate/activesync account. View our tutorial for Android users. Entourage users: Entourage is no longer supports under Office 365.
