This representative is for reporting of copyright infringement and is not the appropriate person to answer requests for copyright permission.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act requires that all infringement claims be in writing and include the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed and a signed statement that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. The statement should indicate that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit the University of Idaho to locate the material;
- Contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
