Information Technology Services is organized to provide timely and appropriate technology services to the University of Idaho community. Chief Information Officer, Dan Ewart leads a diverse team of sixty engineers, technicians, developers and administrators with support from one senior director.
Requesting services from ITS is best done through the Help Desk. However, Dan his one senior director are open and responsive to customer needs.
