If office is not available on my account what do I do?

Contact the ITS Help Desk at helpdesk@uidaho.edu and we will review your account to make sure it meets the enrollment requirements.

How do I get Microsoft Office?

How many times can I install Office?

Office365 will allow you to install Office on up to 5 computers. These installs should only be on computers on which you are a primary user.

What happens to my account if I am not actively enrolled in classes?

Your license will be revoked if you are no longer enrolled at the university. Once your license is removed, the Office software applications enter read-only reduced functionality mode, which means that you can view and print documents, but you will not be able to create new documents or edit existing documents.
