ITS services include administration of local and statewide communications networks and applications, student computing facilities, classroom technologies, and comprehensive institutional systems support. The ITS Help Desk exists as a central point of contact for UI technology support.

The myUIdaho internet portal allows employees of the University to more effectively target personalized content to employees, while providing the flexibility for users to customize their experience. Key features of myUIdaho include a single point of login to key web applications on campus, web based time sheet management, targeted content channels, and user customizable news feeds.
