Elementary School Science Methods
Course Description
ED 344 Elementary School Science Methods (3 LCSC). Methods of
teaching elementary school science utilizing both teacher designed
and established commercial model programs. Investigation of
the role science should play in the education of elementary
age youth. Emphasis placed upon inquiry and discovery approaches
in teaching science.

Lesson Submission
You may turn in no more than 3 lessons at a time if mailed and no more than 1 lesson per e-mail message if submitting by e-mail. You may turn in up to 6 lessons per week. You may either mail or e-mail lessons. You may not fax lessons.
Study guides are required for all courses. Textbooks are required for all courses, unless otherwise specified. Some courses require additional supplemental materials. Course materials, including print study guides, textbooks, supplements, videos and CDs, are available from the University of Idaho Bookstore.
