Welcome from the ALCP Student Advisor
My name is Laila Cornwall and I am the American Language & Culture Program Student Advisor. I work with all the international students who come to the University of Idaho to learn English through the American Language & Culture Program.
I will most likely be the person who picks you up from the Moscow-Pullman airport, introduces you to your resident assistant, and coordinates the new student orientation. I will assist you with visa and academic issues, cultural differences, travel plans as well as adjusting to college life at the University of Idaho. I also coordinate and lead cultural activities for ALCP students throughout the year.

Before coming to the University of Idaho, there are some immigration and academic issues you will want to know about. Once we have received your ALCP application and all required documents to issue your I-20, you will receive a welcome packet from me.
