Racine, Olson, Nye, Budge & Bailey, the largest law firm in Southeast Idaho, generously supports students at the College of Law with an annual scholarship fund named for the firm. Since 2004, the firm has contributed more than $50,000 to this annual scholarship.
Second-year law student, Kristina Fugate is one of the recipients of the firm’s generosity.
Recruiting scholarships provides the College’s admissions office with a powerful tool with which to recruit the best and brightest students from around the state, country and region with particular emphasis on recruitment of Idaho residents. Scholarships are essential to helping students who want to practice in the Northwest and Idaho where salaries are comparatively low, and for those who want to pursue a career in public service where salaries are also typically lower than the private sector.
The firm was established in 1940 by founding partner, Louis F. Racine, Jr. Attorneys of the firm practice areas include bankruptcy, business entities, commercial transactions, elder law, estate and trust planning and administration, insurance defense, tax law, water law among many other practice areas.
We thank the partners, attorneys and staff at Racine, Olson, Nye, Budge & Bailey for their continued support to the College of Law and student scholarships.
