In Banner, you will see a charge to a budget number you own from "ITS Service" for your new phones. The billing portal is a detailed view of these charges.
The Billing portal will be available only to individuals who are responsible for budgets in their departments or units. To access the portal, log into https://portal.ednetics.com/ with your username and Billing Portal Password. The username will typically be the first part of your @uidaho.edu email address (ex. firstname.lastname@example.org - username: joevandal). If you can't remember your password go to https://portal.ednetics.com/loginRecovery.aspx and follow the instructions there to reset your password.
Please remember, the password you use to access this portal should not be the same as your NetID password. For assistance or changes contact the ITS Help Desk by email email@example.com or phone 208-885-4357.
- Bills that are created in banner appear on the left side of the screen. Any billing older than two years will not show in this list.
- Device Details — A list of individual devices purchased appears in a new window. The list shows device name, group ID, pct, owner, description of charge, license type and charged amount for each device. If you would like to change any of this information, like the budget number or name of the phone, please call the ITS Help Desk at 208-885-4357 or email a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Export Details will download an Excel sheet of the details of charges under that one budget number.
- Export All Details will download an Excel sheet of the details of charges under all budget numbers listed.
