Client Email Setup
The Office 365 email system is the core of Microsoft Office 365, offering a feature-rich robust web mail client.
These tutorials will assist you in setting up your email on multiple supported clients. While any desktop mailing client that supports Exchange can be used, ITS generally recommends using Microsoft Outlook 2013 for Windows machines and Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac on OSX machines.
Outlook Web App
Office 365 included a feature-rich and robust online web client for when you are at a machine that does not have Microsoft Outlook or a similar program installed.
Called Outlook Web App, it can be found at https://owa.uidaho.edu and can be accessed from any computer.
Using Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Outlook 2013 for Windows and Outlook 2011 for Mac are the preferred email desktop clients at the University of Idaho. Outlook offers a full, feature-rich Exchange environment that includes email, calendaring, delegation and sharing, email rules and thousands of other features.

Office 365 Mobile Use
Your Office 365 account can also be synced to your mobile device, such as your Android or iPhone smartphone or your mobile tablet.
Most mobile devices support full Exchange connectivity, meaning your calendar will also sync in addition to your email. These tutorials will walk you through setting up your account on your mobile device.
