Outlook Calendar Sharing — Mac

This Information Technologies Services video will demonstrate how to share calendars with contacts in Outlook 2011 for OS X.
Click Calendar, located at the bottom of the navigation pane.
Select the calendar you want to share, then on the Home tab, click Calendar Permissions. Note that if the Open Shared Calendar or Calendar Permissions buttons are unavailable, you might need to change one of your settings.
In the Calendar Properties box, click Add User...
In the Search box, type the name of the person or group you want to share your calendar with. When you see their name appear in the list, select it and then click Add.
You can then adjust Read and Permission Levels for your contact. Note that the default Read, Write, Delete and Other options change based on the permission level you choose.
When you are satisfied with the settings, click OK.
