The TSP Service Model for UI Employees
In response to employee feedback and to improve faculty and staff service, Information Technology Services (ITS) launched a new model for employee tech support: Technology Solutions Partners (TSPs). No longer will the ITS Help Desk be the UI employee’s “go to” for daily service and support — that will be the ITS TSPs.
Eight TSP teams are embedded across the Moscow campus to provide specialized, skilled technical support to faculty and staff when and where they need it most — in the places they serve students. TSPs are now UI employees “go to” for ITS services.
