ITS Administrative Operations perform fiscal oversight for ITS, including budget development and reporting, contract management, policy development and billing for ITS cost recovery services.
ITS Classroom Technology Services is the go-to solution for technology in the classroom, providing programs and training on classroom hardware, as well as managing and maintaining the technology equipment in classrooms around campus.
The Enterprise Applications helps match departments with real business problems to the appropriate technology, which will help increase productivity and efficiency.
ITS Infrastructure Services oversee the design and operation of statewide university network, design and operation of centralized naming services, including DNS and DHCP, and centralized network security services.
The ITS Help Desk is the primary, central point of service and support for UI students. The Help Desk, staffed by friendly, knowledgeable technicians, is ready to offer support on topics ranging from internet connectivity, file and web services, account and password and any other issues you may have.

Telephone Services include the Installation and Moves, Adds and Changes of Telecommunication Services.
The ITS Security department can assist in the recovery of lost or stolen laptops or other electronic devices, provides protection for devices on the UI network and promotes security awareness and education.
ITS Student Computing Labs is working for you to provide the very best hardware and software in the 28 computer labs designated for student on the University of Idaho campus as well as maintain the computing lab printers and server storage.
In addition to managing campuswide computer labs, SCL provides state-of-the-art virtual software support through VLab, which provides specialized software to students at no extra cost.
Technology Solutions Partners (TSPs) are skilled, highly trained professionals of the ITS staff, both full-time and temporary employees. Each TSP receives over 200 hours of specialized training to perform their job. They provide technical service and support to the Moscow campus faculty and staff. It is their goal to provide exceptional customer service at the local level — delivering consistent, reliable and friendly support daily to UI departments and units.
The Vandal Card Office is the service that provides you with your official University of Idaho ID, otherwise known as your Vandal Card. It provides access to numerous events, facilities and buildings. Get yours at our office today.
ITS, with the assistance of the Provost’s Office, has contracted with a video bridging service to create Video Collaboration Services, free of charge, for academic and administrative use. This includes Video Bridging Services, Non-Moscow Video Conferencing, Classroom Technology and Skype for Business.
