Important Notice! The Garage/Landscape and Exterior Shops mechanics are an integral part of LES and Facilities operations. Our number one priority is to provide needed maintenance, service and repair of Landscape and Exterior Service's equipment and vehicles. Our secondary priority is to provide maintenance, service and repair to the rest of Facilities fleet.

Because of the current circumstances, and a dwindling number of other U of I department customers using our services, we are discontinuing outside Facilities work on vehicles or equipment at this time. For service work for your vehicles or equipment please contact the appropriate dealer or factor service representative for any needed maintenance or repair work. Thank You.

The Garage/Landscape & Exterior Shops mechanics are an integral part of LES operations. Their first priority is to provide needed maintenance, service and repair of Landscape and Exterior Service's equipment and vehicles. Second priority is to provide maintenance, service and repair to the rest of Facilities fleet. Third priority is to provide maintenance, service and repair to other university department's vehicles, as time allows. Labor, equipment and material costs are charged out for non-Facilities equipment and vehicle work. Electric vehicles and Golf Carts of any kind/make/model are not serviced, maintained, or repaired at the U of I Garage. These must be taken to the appropriate dealer or factory service representative for needed work.

Fuel Services have been outsourced to Busch Distributors as of 2018. Any fuel related questions concerning accounts, fuel cards, services or access should be sent directly to them. Their email address is customerservice@buschdist.com and their phone number is 800-752-2295 or 509-339-6616.

Service Hours are 7 a.m.-4 p.m. – Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m.-2 p.m. on Fridays.
