Central Scheduling Office is responsible for conference room and activity reservations for a majority of non-academic locations across the Moscow Campus. Read information on the most popular campus venues.
Use the Central Scheduling form to request a reservation for any of the following locations:
- Administration Building Auditorium
- ASUI – Kibbie Activity Center
- Bruce M. Pitman Center
- Idaho Student Union Building
- Idaho Student Union Building Green
- East Practice Field
- Memorial Gym
- Moscow Campus Outdoor Spaces (Admin Lawn, Academic Mall, ISUB Green and Tabling)
- Physical Education Building
- Swim Center
