Course Description
Bus 263 Real Estate Law (3 UI). Study of Idaho real estate law. This course has been certified by the Idaho Real Estate Commission. Prerequisite: Bus 261 (Real Estate) or a course in essentials of real estate; BLaw 265 (Legal Environment of Business).
