Course Description
Bus 262 Real Estate Finance (3 UI). Analysis of sources and methods used in the financing of real estate property construction, development, and purchase. This course has been certified by the Idaho Real Estate Commission. Prerequisite: Bus 261 (Real Estate) or a course in essentials of real estate.

Lesson Submission
You may turn in up to 3 lessons at a time and up to 6 lessons per week. You may either mail or e-mail lessons. You may not fax lessons.
