The Human Resources department supports the overall vision, goals and objectives of the University of Idaho by providing a wide variety of personnel services. Specifically, through the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, processes, and programs, including the recruitment, development, and retention of a competent, diverse, and talented professional, academic, and support personnel population.
