Human Resources, under the executive leadership of Greg Walters are providing the overall direction of the project. The task force is chaired by Suzette Yaezenko, Director of Employment Services.
The University of Idaho engaged the Sibson consulting firm and recruited a number of individuals from within the University to bring their perspectives to the task force and to provide transparency with a University-wide perspective.
Sibson has more than 50 years of experience and has significant experience working within Higher Education. Sibson provides a unique perspective on compensation programs and draws upon their experience working with staff and faculty over a myriad of comprehensive compensation and organizational design projects, with both public and private institutions. With extensive expertise and over 22 offices in North America, Sibson brings strong, effective practices to their clients, adapting as necessary to suit each unique academic environment.
