    The University of Idaho engaged the Sibson consulting firm and recruited a number of individuals from within the University to bring their perspectives to the task force and to provide transparency with a University-wide perspective.

    Sibson has more than 50 years of experience and has significant experience working within Higher Education. Sibson provides a unique perspective on compensation programs and draws upon their experience working with staff and faculty over a myriad of comprehensive compensation and organizational design projects, with both public and private institutions.
