How to Contact the Help Desk

• You can contact the Help Desk by visiting us in the Teaching and Learning Center Room 128 (TLC 128), by e-mailing the Help Desk at helpdesk@uidaho.edu or by calling 208-885-HELP(4357).
   
• We have 2 additional location where help can be found. Locations are in our student computing labs Library 1st floor and in the basement of the Student Union Building (SUB) room 40.
  

Concerned about Junk Mail in Outlook?

• ITS recommends that you turn off Junk mail filtering in Outlook as it can result in false positive messages being lost.  If you feel you are getting to much spam please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
