Brotherhood Activities:
We here at Alpha Tau Omega cherish our brotherhood. We take pride in our ritual. We have many brotherhoods ranging from bowling, softball, to all house movies and other fun activities. We have lock-ins where it is just our brothers together. We tell stories, hang out together and just have fun.

Academic/Scholarship Activities:

Our education is the most important to us. After all that is why we are at the UI. For our scholars we hold scholarship dinners, reduced house bills, and achievement awards. We have a scholarship program that includes study tables and a required GPA.

Philanthropic/Community Service Projects:

Giving back to the community is one of the most important parts of a fraternity. That is why we take pride in giving back to our community. Each semester we hold various philanthropies ranging from selling movie tickets, Easter egg hunts, truck & car washes. Our biggest philanthropy is our Tin Canner. Where we save all of our tin cans throughout the year, have a social event, sell the cans collected, and give the money to a local charity.

Social/Campus Activities:
We are a very active fraternity on campus and very interfraternal. We hold functions with all the different sororities and fraternities on campus, ranging from ice cream socials, movie nights, exchanges, and philanthropies. We also have BBQ's and many sporting events. We have members participating in all sorts of campus organizations such as the Interfraternity Council, Student Alumni Relations Board, intramurals, and the rugby and hockey teams.

Awards & Honors (campus & national):
This last year our nationals recognized us as runners up for the most prestigious award given by our national headquarters, the True Merit Award.
