• At the 2006 International Gamma Phi Beta Convention Xi chapter won the following awards:

Mary A. Bingham Award

Excellence in recruitment, scholarship, new member education, ritual, PACE, efficency in reporting, Panhellencic participation, campus and commnity activities, philanthropic activities, collegiate/ alumnae relations, campus standing and quality of leadership.

Collegiate Community Service Award

Quality and quanity of chapter, campus and community philanthripic projects.

Scholastic Excellence Award

Highest level of scholastic achievement throughtout the biennium; achieving over a 3.0 grade point average for each term of the biennium and earning above the all-woman's and all-sorority average.

Honerable Mention Collegiate/ Alumnae Relations Award

Outstanding communication, rapport, understanding and cooperation between a collegiate chapter and an alumnae group(s).

• Gamma Phi Beta was second in grades for the 2006 spring semester with a GPA of 3.38.

• Gamma Phi Beta had an outstanding Fall Recruitment with 22 amazing women pledging our chapter
   
• At the 2005-2006 Greek Awards Banquet, Gamma Phi Beta won the following awards:

- Outstanding Scholarship Program
- Outstanding Public/ Greek Relations
- Outstanding Community Service
- 1st Place in Greek Games
- Greek New Member of the Year- Amy Huddleston
- 1st Place Greek Week
- Chapter Excellence Award

• Hartley Riedner is the 2006 Homecoming Chair

• The 2006 Faculty and Advisor Award went to Matt Sowder (nominated by Gamma Phi Beta)

• 18 Gamma Phi's went to Mississippi for Alternative Spring Break to help with Hurricane Relief
   
• Andrea Walker was elected President of the Student Alumni Relations Board
   
• Gamma Phi Beta won Intramural Women's softball and 4-on-4 flag football for Spring 2006
   
• Gamma Phi Beta is currently in 3rd place among sororities for overall intramural points
