Curriculum Vitae

Faculty are responsible for creating and maintaining a vitae for university purposes (third-year review, tenure, promotion decisions, sabbatical) using the University of Idaho universal vita template.  Extension educator faculty should use this template for completion and can view a sample (pdf) template here.  

Both hard and electronic copies of vita, those processed through the Faculty Secretary's Office prior to 2002, are in the office’s archives and are available upon request.  Vitae are protected by personnel laws and as such are available only to the faculty member or upon their official request for release to others.  All requests can be sent to facsec@uidaho.edu.  Faculty may still send updated vitae to the office for archival purposes, if they choose.
