We have set this page up to assist our campus community in properly reserving spaces on campus for individual events and activities.
The University of Idaho encourages and welcomes the use of University of Idaho Facilities by the entire campus community. Our reservation system has been set up to ensure that individuals and organizations use University of Idaho spaces in an appropriate, safe and responsible manner. The administered spaces include all buildings, parking lots, structures, grounds, lawns, sports fields and facilities as well as all improvements contained within the property boundaries of the University of Idaho.
So, to get started, fill out a
Facility/Services Request Form. This form should be sent to the proper contact for the space/facility you are interested in. Once received, the scheduler will review your form, check availability and confirm your campus affiliation. At that point they will communicate with you on the next steps that need to be taken to get you to a confirmed reservation. For all non-University of Idaho entities, a
Facilities Use Agreement and Proof of Insurance are
required. Depending on the event, liability waivers may also be required, and are the event requestors job to acquire and provide to the event space scheduler.
Because of the complexities inherent in serving alcohol at any University of Idaho event, direct contact must be made with Auxiliary Services at (208) 885-5500 or auxiliaries@uidaho.edu to secure permission and provide the necessary paperwork. For a rundown of the alcohol permit process visit
