Eat Smart Idaho

The University of Idaho Extension Nutrition Program is designed to help adults with limited incomes stretch their food dollars to provide healthy, low-cost, quick and tasty meals for their families each day of every month.  Research has found that when families take charge of their diets and food budgets, they frequently begin taking control over other areas of their lives.  ENP teaches nutrition and consumer-related skills that lead to individual change, helping families in Idaho move toward increased self-sufficiency.
