Record Books

---

Record books are downloadable in Word format (save to your computer, fill out throughout the year, and then print out the completed record) or as a PDF (print and then fill in by hand)

• Involvement Report - Each member between the ages of 8 and 18 (as of January 1 of the current year) completes one involvement report regardless of how many projects enrolled in.
• General Record Book - Each member completes one record book for each project taken.
• Animal Record Book - If project “breathes,” this book is substituted for the General Record Book.
• Permanent Individual Animal Record - for breeding and/or non-market animal projects. This supplement is added to each year and included with the Animal Record Book.
• Horse Identification Sheet
