Agriculture

UI Extension, Caribou County provides resources, trainings and programming related to the identified needs of the agriculture interests of Caribou County residents.

Crop Production

UI Extension provides timely, research-based information that helps growers control pests, market products and find new varieties.

Farm Management

Agriculture is an inherently risky business. With volatile commodity markets and rising input prices, Idaho farm and ranch families are caught in a cost-price squeeze that has driven many of them out of business. Idaho farmers and ranchers need access to up-to-date farm management information and tools that will help them identify financial problems, evaluate alternatives and develop viable business plans.

UI Extension helps agricultural producers improve marketing skills and understand risk management, skills essential to financial survival.

For more specific information, visit the Idaho AgBiz website.
