This program is offered on-line and is instructed by Carol Hampton. Anyone with an interest in food preservation and food safety can enroll in Preserve Food @ Home offered by The University of Idaho Extension. Preserve Food @ Home teaches individuals how to safely preserve a variety of food products. Contact Carol Hampton for more information champton@uidaho.edu.
