Location: UI Bonner County Extension office, 4205 N. Boyer Ave., Sandpoint (Fairgrounds)
Course outline

The Certified Plant Diagnostician (CPD) exam can be taken by all who have passed the Certified Nursery Professional (CNP) requirements through INLA. The CPD designation recognizes your ability to solve plant problems. A limited number of spaces are available for those who wish to take the class but not the exam.

The program utilizes Pests of Landscape Tree and Shrubs by Steve H. Driestadt and A Systematic Approach to Diagnosing Plant Damage by Green, Maloy and Capizzi.

The seven-week course culminates in the written exam.
