4-H and Youth Development
4-H, a youth development program for youth ages 5-18. To be enrolled in competitive 4-H events and activities, an individual must eight years old by January 1 of the 4-H year. Membership is open to all youth, regardless of race, creed, color, sex, national origin or disability.
