Award Team # Team Name What the Judges Had to Say
Judges' Award - Disaster Recovery 14966 Weather Warning Whether it's nature's fury of just bad luck, this team has the experience to prove that they can weather any storm.
Judges' Award - Creativity Award 2938 Super 3 This team had the innovative idea to protect vehicles from tornadoes by thinking outside the car. This super team's creativity was truly inspirational. The judges have decided to award Team 2938, Super 3 with the Creativity Award.
Mechanical Design Award 2937 Legends of Lego To save time this team developed a stable robot with no attachments. Their overall goal was to use the "KISS" principle in their robot design. They used a simple support bar to keep the robot out of trouble. With this win, they will become a "Legend" in their own school. Congratulation to the Legends of Lego!
Programming Award 16931 American Freedom Defenders This team DEFENDED us from Nature's Fury like a BOSS with a HULK of a program that won't get angry when you ask it to WAIT. This year's programming award goes to American Freedom Defenders.

Innovative Solution Award 14967 S.A.F.E. Team interviewed top earthquake scientists to present their R.B.I.S.
