Jump Into Foods and Fitness
This group project gets you and your friends out of your seats and onto your feet as you learn about healthy living through foods and fitness. You can “Power Up the Day,” “High Five for Health,” and be “On the Go.”
A group curriculum designed specifically for children ages eight to 11 who are working with adult and youth leaders. May be adapted for middle school youths.
Some counties have more requirements. Contact your 4-H leader or UI Extension county office to check.
