4-H Youth Development programs empower youth to be well-informed citizens and contributing members within their communities. Opportunities to connect to their community and adult leaders give youth a clear understanding of their role in civic affairs and the ability to build their decision-making skills.

State Teen Association Convention

State Teen Association Convention brings hundreds of Idaho teens to Moscow each June. Activities are varied, fun and educational.

Teen Ambassadors

Teen Ambassadors work year-round to promote 4-H in their counties. There is also an annual retreat in November.

Know Your Government Conference

This conference takes place each February in Boise. Students in grades eight and nine learn how government works. They also share ideas with elected officials.

Citizenship Washington Focus
